This Hidasuki Tokkuri was fired in an electric kiln.
His electric kiln has ducts and can burn firewood.

The flame of a firewood creates a beautiful surface that cannot be achieved by electricity alone.
I feel that the design balance of this Tokkuri is genius.
The body swells strongly and converges to the neck all at once to feel catharsis.
The way to wrap rice straw for fluffing is also perfect.
