Yuho Kaneshige is the third son of Sozan Kaneshige.
He inherited Imbe's house and kiln from his father.
He was presenting traditional Kaneshige style works.
This works was made by him a few years ago.
This Guinomi was made in 1995.
Hidasuki, which he fired in an electric kiln given to him by Sozan Kaneshige, is very beautiful.
Guinomi is originally a simple work, but it is designed like a tea ceremony pottery by Yuho's technique.



Takeshi Kaneshige - Bizen Guinomi

This Guinomi is an early work of his.
This piece was fired using the kiln inherited from his grandfather, Toyo Kaneshige, and his father, Michiaki Kaneshige.
A closer look at the clay color reveals that it is very similar to his father's Michiaki.
The rustic, unadorned design is wonderful.

Tosyu Yamamoto was called the master of the Rokuro.
He likes symmetrical neat modeling.
This is a late work in his career.
This Guinomi is made from a clay with relatively low iron content, which gives it a lighter overall color.
The finely scattered natural glaze covers the entire piece like a black snowstorm.
The natural glaze on the inside has lost its luster and looks like desert sand.

Shuroku Harada was studying old Bizen ware.
He was a student of ceramics researcher Katsura Matasaburo.
The knowledge gained is the basis of his pottery style.
He hasn't fired kiln in recent years.
Looking at the enclosed resume, I presume that it was made around 1987.
He completed the shape by shaving this Guinomi with a wooden spatula.
It has a visual effect, leaving a shaving mark, and it is speculated that it was the basis of his "Shinogi technique" later.

This Guinomi was created around 1987.
This is a work that shows his unique sense of style, even though it was created when he was a young man.

Kazuki Nakamura is the grandson of Rokuro Nakamura.
He faithfully reproduces the style of Rokuro Nakamura.
He is also good at making sake wares, just like Rokuro Nakamura.

This Guinomi expresses the red color beautifully by the Nakamura family's original fire method.
The strong fire pattern and the bright scarlet color are beautiful.
When drinking Sake, the bright scarlet color changes more beautifully with water.
